Weird hammering of a file on my node

Not sure why so many connections are hitting this, but it's like one a second. It's a random
logo file. lel What the heck is going on? 570 addresses hammering a single file. 606 as I
type this out now. Hm.

Happening again, we're up to 30K requests on this file. What in the heck
is this doing? I can see this kinda traffic being an issue around here.
Where blackholing is kinda not gonna solve somebody with identities
being created and destroyed on loop. Just not sure this is an attack, a
dumb/bad project spreading it's crud, or what. Not much to say, it's
just requesting a file endlessly.
